Meta Tec currently has 4 engineers and several more highly skilled toolmakers and machinists. All members of the engineering staff work very closely with our customers' engineers in order to produce the highest quality product at the lowest possible price. Our engineers communicate on a regular basis with our customers' engineers to convey any information about a part or process that may be beneficial to the design of the part. Meta Tec designs and builds all of the fixtures used in-house as well as some specialty rotary tooling for more complex part geometries.

Our engineering staff prides itself on being able to completely design a process for building even the most complex fabrications from start to finish. This includes the redesign or re-tolerance of components, the design and building of the fixtures, the development of welding and machining procedures, writing weld robot and machining programs, and when needed the design and building of any material handling equipment and shipping containers for the final product

This combination of CAD systems allows us the flexibility to import and export virtually any format of file to and from our customers. Our systems also allow us to quickly and easily work with a wide range of drawings.
